Things to remember

I feel like with Cameron we were so good in writing in his baby book with milestones and cute things he was doing and with the twins we have done NOTHING. Whoopsies. So here are some things I want to remember about life right now.

Cameron 2.5 years old- Officially potty trained about 1 month ago. Has few and rare accidents during the day and during his naps and still wears pull up over night. I'm not quite ready to tell the stories about smearing poop all over his room...I'm sure it will be funny someday but not today. His language and gross motor skills are exploding. We went to the park the other day and he was climbing ladders, doing the rock wall and going fast and furious down all the slides. He is such a sweet boy. Always saying thank you and please and giving hugs and kisses. There is the terrible two side however. His listening skills need some work. I can tell him something 10 times in a row and I know he understands and hears me but he chooses not to listen. He also screams bloody murder if he gets a toy taken away, something doesn't go his way, or if he just feels like he needs to. Its ear piercing and timeout doesn't phase him too much. He is obsessed with Thomas the Train. If you ask him if he wants to watch a show he will choose Thomas 99% of the time. He is starting to play make believe too and it is so cute hearing him make his cars and trains act like Thomas. He goes to school 2-3 times a week for 6-8 hours. He loves going and loves his teacher Ms. Sarah. Even on days he doesn't go to school he will wake up and ask " I go school today"? We re-arranged his room last night and he upgraded to a full size bed. He had the biggest grin on his face when we showed him. Now all he can talk about is his new bed. Adorable. He is still my tall, skinny boy. He needs 2T pants for length but the waistband has to be adjustable because his waist is so skinny and wears 2T/3T tops. I love this age and wish time wasn't flying by so fast.

Eleanor Reece 8.5 months- What a sweet pumpkin she is. Has two teeth (got them a few weeks ago), wearing 9 months clothes and size 4 diaper. Her fat rolls on her thighs, butt, arms and cheeks are the most delicious things ever! She is sitting up all by herself and is so content sitting and playing with her toys. She isn't too interested in crawling. (Too much work for those fat rolls). She is getting the hang of the army crawl but can't keep up with her brothers so she just uses the technique to get to certain toys she wants. Baby girl is our good sleeper. She mostly sleeps from 7:30/8:00ish to 7:00 am and when she wakes up in the morning she just babbles in her crib until we go in and get her. She makes the most silly "stink face" right now where she scrunches up her nose and crinkles her eyes. So cute. She is eating 3 8oz bottles of formula a day and baby food twice during the day. She loves snacking on mum mums and puffs. She is very even tempered and doesn't cry much unless she really needs something or doesn't feel well. You also have to work a little bit harder to get big smiles or belly laughs from her but they happen! Loves her bath time. My babies love the water. She also makes the cutest growl sound and squeels at the time of her lungs throughout the day.

Seth Harrison 8.5 months- My little man. Seth is just like his older brother. BUSY. He must be entertained all the time or on the move. He isn't fully crawling but so close. He is fast and can get anywhere in the house he pleases. He follows his moms around the house and older brother. He is attempting the stairs but hasn't quite figured out how to do it. He is built like brother too and is tall and skinny. He can wear 6 month pants but they are a little short. Most onsies he is wearing now are 9 months and is wearing size 3 diapers. He also eats three 8oz bottles and baby food twice during the day. He demolishes his puffs within 10 secs of putting them on highchair. Most seem to make it in his lap! He is a messy eater and after he is done we find baby food in his lap, his hair and all over his face! Sethy is more labile then sister. He gives the biggest open mouthed grin and has the biggest dimples. He laughs and laughs after he eats when he is a little sleepy and is slap happy. He also cries and whines all the time! His sleeping is improving but he still gets up once a night to eat a bottle around 4:30 am. He goes right back down to sleep after ( I think he is trying to catch up with sisters curves). He also LOVES his bath and splashes his hands and smiles the whole time. He is finding his voice and very good at the ba ba bas and da da das.

I'm so blessed to have such happy babies. They are the loves of my life. We must be doing something right!
